MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Finish phase one of the research project

  •  Survey outcomes of the first phase of the research project analysed and presented in a report to provide recommendations and support priority setting for guideline updates and improvements

2. Run phase 2 of the research project

  •  Develop quantitative online (and offline if needed) survey(s) as a follow up of phase one;
  •  Identify target audience and best approach to reach the audience;  Set out the survey(s), active follow up, collection of results and prepare the initial presentation of outcomes;
  •  Develop an interview survey based on priorities or areas requiring more information;
  •  Conduct interviews and collection of feedback;
  •  Collect final outcomes, feedback, and share analysis and recommendations in a report and presentation.

VI. DELIVERABLES

  •  Report project phase one with recommendations for future improvement and next steps
  •  Questionnaires developed;
  •  Raw data collected and organised;
  •  Report phase two with recommendations for future improvement.

Job requirements

Education and experience

  •  University degree Health care management and administration, Public Health, International studies or any other relevant study
  •  Experience in mixed-method research methodology, multi-stakeholder surveying and report synthesis.
  •  Experience in international environment would be an asset
  •  Experience in MSF, other NGO or business operating in similar contexts, is an advantage.

  •  Strong commitment to MSF values and ability to understand the needs and constraints of MSF field operations;
  •  Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
  •  Quality driven;
  •  Problem solving skills;
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders (remotely);
  •  Ability to work and report independently;
  •  Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic is an advantage.
