PROVISION OF SCANNING SERVICES, INDEXING AND UPLOADING INTO ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EDMS) – RE-TENDERING

1. This addendum follows the Invitation for Bids for the above mentioned tender, which appeared in the African Development Bank’s website on 5^th October 2020. The Invitation Notice can be accessed through the following link: https://www.afdb.org/en/documents/ifb-tanzania-provision-scanning-services-indexing-and-uploading-electronic-document-management-system-edms

2. The paragraph 9 of the Invitation Notice is amended to read :  “Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10.00 hours’ local time on 17^th November 2020 at TANROADS Conference Room, 2^nd Floor, 10 Shaaban Robert Road/Garden Avenue Junction, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania” ;

3. Other provision of the Invitation Notice remains unchanged.
