Job Purpose:
Under the Türkiye Response Manager, the Key Expert (Private Sector) will have the responsibility of managing, monitoring, coaching, and mentoring MSMEs in SE Türkiye, primarily located in Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Kahramanmaras, and Hatay. Through this grant program, Orange aims to offer material, machinery, labor, and service support to MSMEs affected by the situation, enabling them to recover and resume their economic activities.
We are seeking a team of Key Experts experienced in the private sector who will be accountable for ensuring the project’s tasks are executed with high quality and within the designated timeframes. Their role will involve meticulous preparation and monitoring to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of the overall project management in the specified location and establishing communication channels with the beneficiary and contracting authority.
- Ensuring timely delivery of project outputs.
- Developing work plans and schedules for different project components.
- Guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and overseeing the project’s overall monitoring.
- Creating progress reports as necessary and defining measurable indicators for future program monitoring and evaluation.
- Managing procurement procedures in collaboration with the operations team.
- Coordinating the preparation of inception, interim, and progress reports.
- Providing support for all project-related documents, analyses, and research.
- Participating in project monitoring meetings and other relevant gatherings aimed at monitoring or promoting the project, as needed.

- Undertake any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, administrative sciences, social sciences, communication, social policy, or equivalent.
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
- Proven experience in managing EU-funded projects.
- Proved experience in private sector.
- MS Office proficiency.
