Key Responsibility :

  • Responsibility for achieving project results and indicators, fulfilling the contractual obligations of the projects, and ensuring timely and quality implementation
  • Responsible for proactive and continuous improvement of project quality and relevance
  • Work with the Monitoring and Evaluation department to monitor indicators of the project and document successes and challenges encountered.
  • Responsible for data management and reporting: ensure reports are written and submitted timely to the donor.
  • Participate in project proposal development in cooperation with partnership department and head of programs.
  • Ensure accurate follow up of all activities based on the project plan and logframe.
  • Follow up all procurement processes with logistic and finance departments, ensuring that all materials and services are meeting the foreseen quality.
  • Attend all regular meetings internally and externally , focusing on FSL cluster meetings and adhere to all reports and necessary information are being requested.
  • Day-to-day follow up with the field team and other supporting departments to ensure all activities are being carried out in line with internal policies as well as donor requirements.
  • Any other tasks required by the line manger.

Qualification:

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in agriculture.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience and track record focused in the management of FSL projects.
  • Ability to work in high tension and high security risk situations and be able to adapt to rapidly changing contexts
  • Maintains high professional standards and behaviors.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization.
  • Ability to show initiative, multi-task and provide a consistently high-quality output / deliverables.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proposal and reports writing skills.
  • Budget control and management.
  • Excellent leadership and problems solving skills.
  • Experience in involving targeted communities to promote humanitarian response.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic are essential for this position.
  • Turkish Nationality is preferred.
